All Dressed Up - with Flower Trim
This card uses the Dress Up Framelits and the All Dressed Up stamp set from the Occasions Catalog from Stampin' Up! This stamp set and framelit jumped out to me from the Occasions Catalog because they are different from any sets I have. The Dress Up Framelits can be used alone or with the coordinating All Dressed Up stamp set or all three together with the Dress Form Pop N Cuts to create a pop up card.
I cut the Ovals with the Ovals Framelits in the Occasions Catalog and then ran the Pool Party oval through the Big Shot again in an inked up Stripes Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I rolled Pool Party ink onto one side of the TIEF and placed the Pool Party cardstock on the other side, folded it over and ran it through the Big Shot to create the shadowed stripes. Then I spritzed it with Shimmer Paint mixed with Rubbing Alcohol to give it a pretty shine and just a touch of shimmer. I couldn't decide what ribbon to use with the flowers from the Flower Trim and made a few cards with the Calypso Coral Baker's Twine and a few cards with this striped White Taffeta - I just ran the Pool Party Marker down the middle of the White Taffeta Ribbon to create the coordinating stripe.
