Triple Time Stamping - Gently Falling

Triple Time Stampin' is a technique from Dawn Olchefske. It has a few other names as well, but it's such an easy way to make a statement and I love how easy it is to create the layered overlapped stamping element. For this card I used the Gently Falling stamp set and my most FAVORITE accessory in the Holiday Catalog, these gorgeous Bronze Buttons.

For this card, I used Dawn's dimensions - 2 x 3 ¼ , 3x4 ¼, 4x5 ¼o f Very Vanilla cardstock. Each of these are stacked on top of each other, largest to smallest, and temporarily adhered (lightly, just enough that they stay stacked.) Then stamp them randomly, be sure that the images overlap from one layer onto another.

TIP: Stamp the sentiment first.

You'll notice a gap between layers of the stamped image due to the thickness of the cardstock. Once you're finished stamping, remove the layers and adhere them to a cardstock mat - I used Rich Razzleberry here. Finally, add accessories and re-stack and permanently adhere the layers, I used Stampin' Dimensionals for extra lift of the top layer.
