I stamped the image from the stamp set From My Heart in Midnight Muse ink (and yes I DO LOVE the new Firm Foam ink pads!) onto Whisper White. Then I layered the larger die from Apothecary Accents Framelits over the stamped image. That is one of the nicest things about the Framelits - you can stamp first, die cut second. To be sure the Framelit stays centered over the stamped image, I put a Post-it note over it to lightly hold it in place while I run it through the Big Shot. The Post-it removes from the die cut easily with no residue. I sprayed it with a light spray of Shimmer Paint Champagne and rubbing alcohol to give it a little shimmer. Finally, I used one of the Paper Piercing Templates to paper pierce around the enge of the stamped die cut.
TIP: Don't overspray your stamped images with this mix or the ink will run and smear a bit. A few light spritz's from about 8 inches is just right.
I ran the card base of Midnight Muse through the Big Shot machine with one of the Adorning Accents Folders. To finish the card, I tied a knot in a length of Rose Red Seam Binding Ribbon. Then I pushed both ends through the holes of a Vintage Faceted Button. I punched two holes in the Raspberry Ripple cardstock with the 1/16" Punch and threaded the ribbon through this layer to keep it more secure.
