Here is a card we made at January Technique Club using Crystal Effects and Dazzling Diamonds from Stampin' Up! to create sparkling icicles. Crystal Effects is such a fun product and there are SO many ways to use it. We're trying just a few each month at Technique Club because it does take time to dry and can get a little messy. We'll play with Crystal Effects a little this month, too and it's going to get really messy! :) I always tell my stampers that they'll know they've been stamping at my house when they leave with glitter on their faces and fingers stained with ink!
