Pacific Point Brights - Just Believe

I stamped this card this morning using the Stampin' Up! Just Believe stamp set - I'm sure it's my favorite new set in the 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog. I just love the bold bright colors here - Pacific Point, Tangerine Tango, So Saffron, Wild Wasabi, Real Red. I used some Very Vanilla cardstock for my neutral and ruched some ribbon across the bottom with my retired {sob} Kraft Taffeta Ribbon. I also used a few of the tiny scallop flowers I created a few weeks ago with the Itty Bitty Punch, when I was playing with the Paper Chrysanthemum Flowers technique.
