More Christmas cards! I love Stampin' Up!'s Chocolate Chip and Real Red together for Christmas cards and this yummy FLOCKED paper from the Holiday Mini catalog just makes me happy! And that Holiday Mini catalog just started TODAY! It has some really beautiful papers for this fall and for the holidays and the Halloween sets - super cute! And there are lots of surprises in this enormous 'mini' catalog as well - Sweet Treats Cups, NEW Hostess sets, Build A Bear, Charms and how about My Digital Studio - digital scrapbooking software available October 1?! If you haven't seen a copy of this Holiday Mini catalog, please shoot me an e-mail and I'll drop one in the mail to you.This card uses some of the Christmas Cocoa Specialty Designer Series Paper, a new Merry Details Sizzlet and a sentiment set called Four the Holidays (a set of four Christmas sentiments.) The paper is flocked and has the BEST texture. I stamped one of the sentiments from Four the Holidays in Chocolate Chip Craft Ink and embossed it with Clear Embossing Powder. Then matted a strip of the Christmas Cocoa specialty paper on a piece of Chocolate Chip cardstock and tied a Chocolate 5/8" Grosgrain Ribbon around it before adhering it to the Always Artichoke card base. The Real Red cardinal bird sitting atop this piece is from a new little Merry Details Sizzlet from the Holiday Mini. This card was my QC Swappers Holiday Mini card as well.
